help with total cost buying REO
I'm planning buying a property from HUD just under 5 grand. . How much extra cash should I have in hand to cover closing cost & agent fees and such
Also, how much does an inspection normally cost?
and what are some other thing I should be concerned about when I buy cheap homes.
