Thoughts on Car Washes

Hi All,

I am just curious to hear what everyone thinks about car washes as commercial investment properties. I'm watching one, but right now the price is far too high to even consider moving on it. Any and all thoughts are welcome.

 there are companies that specialize in putting these together.. I looked at it at one time..  its not a small investment.. most of the brushless ones are going to be far more than 1 million to build.. its nothing more than another type of business.. like a restaurant or other consumer business.
