Blacklisted from HUD?
Hello all. I've been making offers on HUD properties and I've backed out of two properties due to inspection. I've finally got one that I want and would not want this deal to fall apart. Is it possible HUD has my name somewhere and know that I backed out on two previous deals and could back out since they know that? Thank you in advance.
