Hi all! I loved the Huntsville market and am looking to expand my markets. Have had some success in Cleveland, and better success in Detroit. Now looking for a new market and zeroing in on Montgomery. Any Montgomery investors out there able to share some insights re: the market? Looking for investor-friendly agents as well as excellent property managers, and any and all thoughts on the climate, growth, areas ripe for redevelopment, no-go zones, or just a shout-out in general!
