I was fortunate enough to be asked to JV on a 64 unit Luxurious Apartment property in Allentown Pa, but I'm seeking advice on how to reach investors in that market without being there. Any advice?
I am assuming you're talking about a certain converted warehouse property?
185k per unit? Too high for Allentown. Even if so called "luxurious" apartments. I personally would skip this.
Just another daisy chain over priced delusion of some wholesaler fantasizing about a $300k fee.
