PCS MOVE, NOT FINDING A BUYER YET

Please kindly provide your advice. I will be moving to another state on a pcs military order in less than 2 weeks and I still haven't found a buyer for my home. Do I have any remedy other than to continue to pay the mortgage until the house is sold. Unfortunately will be paying rent and mortgage!
