Selling out of state properties
I am trying to market a few properties in a different state. The seller is an absentee owner and is wanting to unload his remaining inventory. There are 4 properties alltogether. These can be sold separately or as a package. I am looking for some free avenues in which to do this. Willing to JV with someone. Properties are in Jacksonville, FL. Please Help!!
