I hope everyone has a busy, productive, and succesful summer. I know I sure did! Thanks to many of you on BP who I have had the pleasure of doing business with. I had to take a break from taking on new clients but I can proudly say that I am ready for more action. I help investors purchase and sell investment properties in Dayton, Oh. Over the summer I closed anything from 16 units down to single family rentals.
