Multiple Partner LLC for Flips

Hi everyone! If I could get some input of those who have done it already. I was looking into starting an LLC for the purpose of flipping properties. This LLC would be with 3 different members all who would be putting in different amounts for each flip. My question is, what is the best way to structure this and secondly, how does taxes work? (K-1?) Thanks
