Best cities to buy rental properties
Hello everyone
I’m an investor who buys rental properties long term .
So far I bought all my units in Chicago
Because of the recent increases of proprty Tax in the city ,
I’m looking for new markets and cities to explore
Any suggestions ?

The southeast is great for cash flowing rental properties.
North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida all cash flow well.
