Greenville JC - Ocean ave developments
Quick questions to those that know Bergen Lafayette / Greenville Jersey City real estate and developments well. What are being zoned / developed on the Ocean ave area of Greenville? I see some new developments coming along, read about jewish synagoues coming on MLK or so?
Especially interested around the Fred Martin Elementary school area, there is a big factory looking building behind it, large block, seems totally empty? Something coming there, anyone know?
There was some zoning / publication about re-developing Ocean ave areas to make it more commercial, shops etc? Or am I imagining this..
