Panama City After Hurricane Michael

So I have a lead on a water damaged house in Panama City. What are investors doing in an area like that where there was devastating flooding and wind damage?

Are people looking for opportunity there since there will be so many? Or are investors staying away from it for now because of the dent that hurricane Michael put on the economy there?

Would love to hear some insights on this, and if you're interested in a steal in Panama City let me know :)
