Best Real Estate Youtube Channels or Vlogs?

I've been looking for good youtube channels that are fun to watch but still have some amount of value centered around real estate. Every channel I run in to is either an explainer video that's selling me a course or some low quality investment vlog that got 6 videos in before they gave up. 

Since the HGTV craze of house flipping shows I would assume people would have followed suit and made their own on youtube. Looking for a mix between Casey Neistat style and Gary Vaynerchuk style, if that exists.

These are all the guys I used watch: Max Maxwell, strategic real estate coach, Jerry Norton, Kris Krohn, Nick Ruiz, The Kwak Brothers, Mark lane, Masterinvestor 1, Flip Your First House, Gabe Dasilva, Phil Pustejovsky, and of course Bigger Pockets.
