Amarillo rental market
Hello,
I’m new to bigger pockets, been following a while just never posted. I live in Amarillo, I am interested in single family home rentals in Amarillo. I own rentals in the DFW area but would like something closer to home. I have a lImIted sense of the market so would lIke to hear from any insiders. What is the sweet spot for monthly rental in this area, would like to maximize rent/month and have tenant there for 12 months or more? Also do y’all know any good property management companies and rehab/remodel companies? Please share any thoughts you may have - Thanks!
