New to real estate investing
Hello. I’m new to BP and got here first through the BP Money Podcast and now 1/8 of the way through the BP Real Estate Podcast. I’ve enjoyed learning about the many ways to invest in real estate and it is something that I’d like pursue.
My wife and I both have a relatively high earning W2 jobs and we’re happy with where we’re at from a job standpoint. Our goals at this time is to diversify our current investments with real estate and possibly build to a point where it could replace my wife’s income so she may have the option to retire early.
I’m currently in the learning stage and trying to soak up as much as I can through BP and its podcasts. Our goal is to do our first deal within a year most likely a buy and hold SFH or fix and flip here in Omaha but I am interested in other areas like note investing.
So I wanted to introduce myself to BP to connect. I plan to attend some local meet ups and look forward to learning more about the guts of the Omaha real estate market and do some deals in the future.
