Websites/People to Help Find Developing Areas?

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone here has a good website or knows what profession to talk to in order to find new developing areas. Are there any websites that track future progress? For example, if I want to find out where future Walmarts/Targets/etc are going to develop, is there anything/anyone that can help us out?
