I am considering using a real estate virtual assistant to help me get some task done and close wholesale deals, current quote for services is about $11 hr. Is it worth it?

@David Shelton I think I heard about it too. Though I read a lot of comments about it being a scam. If we're talking about the same company. There are a lot of great VAs from the Philippines. Love their work ethics and they're very good actually. You just need to know which tasks you can delegate to them. Personally, I'd stay mid-range on the pricing. I've hired a few VAs who got very low rates but their work isnt' as good as I expected.
