Do you think it’s possible to Net $1,000,000 in profit ?
I have a question. Who thinks it’s possible to Net $1Million Dollars in profit from Real Estate in 1 year in your first year?!?!?
Using only residential and multi unit properties.

just work it backwards. in the rental game say you make NET 200 a door.. 1 mil / 200 = 5,000 doors.. simply find a way to buy 5,000 doors in one year put them in service etc and you have done it.
easier way is to value add.. or build from ground up 1mil net in a year is easily possible. just need a boat load of capital
