Indianapolis Multi Unit rentals Needed for High Cash Flow
Hello Fellow BPs,
I am from california, looking to venture into the indy market for a 4 unit plus rental property. I recently closed on a 4 unit in Cleveland and now looking to diversify into Indianapolis . I hear a possibility of a good cash on cash return in the indy market upwards of 10% percent. I am looking for rental properties/apartment buildings in the range of 300K to 1 million with a 25% down .
Would love to get your feedback on it and any realtors/property management company as reference. Looking forward to responses/suggestions.
I would love to work with investor friendly realtors and get the ball rolling.
