Bigger pocket rental calculator
Hello everyone,
I'm new to BiggerPockets so I apologize for any of my ignorance. I used the BP rental calculator and noticed they included Vacancy and CapEx as part of the Total Operating Expenses. I was under the impression that esp. Cap expenditure did not count towards "Operating Expenses". Since cap ex was included into Operating expenditure, my NOI didn't match up with their calculations as well. Thanks in advance!
