Many parts of the country are suffering from an affordable housing crisis. As housing investors, what roles do you play in solving this issue? What types of approaches have you and/or your communities taken to improve on this problem that was still a profitable proposition?

@Dustin Ruff yes flipping. I split or add to floorplans to create duplexes. I have also split overly large lots into two lots.
