I have my sights set on the market I want to invest in and I have a realtor sending me deals, but the realtors are wanting a pre-approval letter with the submission of the offer. How are you guys submitting offers when agents are asking for a pre-approval letter?

its normal SOP for any lender to give a pre approval.. just make sure your working with a legit lender that actually funds.
