Being an agent for investors

Hey everyone.  I am an agent in the Philadelphia area.  I've been in the real estate business since March of this year.

My goal is to have my business geared specifically towards investors of all experience levels.

For those of you who work with agents and for those of you who are agents yourselves:

1.  What do you look for in a real estate agent?

2.  What do you expect your agent to know about the market you are buying in?

3.  What can I do to attract investor clients?

Than you all in advance for answering!
