Insurance question for property

I have a property I purchased outright and I am going to resell(without making repairs), and it is held in my LLC. Does any BP member here have some input as to the best type of policy to get, and any Insurance providers in the Houston, Texas area?

We get cash value insurance on all of our properties rather than cost to rebuild. It's much cheaper. Looks like if you don't plan on tenanting it as a rental there could be additional costs per @James Call
