Malibu Land Deal Help
Hi all. Anybody work in the Malibu, CA market. I came across a piece of land , a little over 3 acres, surrounded by houses. Seller is looking to close quickly for what seems to be a steal. I know there were recently some pretty bad fires in the area so was wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the area. What the market for raw land is at this time, etc. Thanks.
