Need Help Financing 37k Property in Springfield Ohio

Hello All,

I currently signed a purchase agreement for a property in Springfield, Ohio.  The price is 37k and is currently rented out for $625 a month.

I have the 20% to put down, just do not have a W2 income for a bank to lend to me.  So trying to find another way to finance the investment.

Looking for suggestions or connections to help with financing the property.

Thank you,

Julian

talk to Peak lending in KC  they may do it for you

and for Gods sake be very leary of anyone on BP approaching you privately.. and telling you what you want to hear and trying to get you to send them up front money.. the scammers are alive and well on BP for lending schemes..

red flags are  up front fees other than a third party appraisal.

some cockamany so called insurance to insure you will pay.. that insurance does not exist total fraud to lead you to believe the lender is OK.

the lenders offer to send you a picture holding his drivers license.. etc etc.

Peak is for real.

Lending home you can check with

Lima one

Visio

these are all real HML portfolio lenders and I am sure there are reputable ones where you live as well
