Real Estate Team Exchange

I am a NYC resident and have a few investment properties in the Midwest.

What I am looking to do is either have a meetup in the city or a discussion over the phone about exchanging contact information for real estate teams in other geographies around the country.

I love my current team out where my properties are but I would also like to diversify a little more.

Ideally I would like to find someone who invests out of state and has a real estate agent, a contractor and a property manager that they currently use and would be willing to recommend.

I have tried a few times reaching out on this site in different geographies but I always seem to have discussions directly with those professionals and always feel like I am being pitched too.
