Looking for land in Bend.

A co worker of mine is interested in purchasing some property near Bend Oregon for a business venture. He is looking for roughly 30 acres and would love some sort of water feature. I thought I would reach out here and see if anyone has any connections or if the keyword Bend might turn up a fellow BP member. find  a good broker there is tons of land AROUND Bend.. not going to really find anything that big IN Bend unless your looking at a multi million dollar purchase.. and there is one water feature there its called the Deschutes river.. you can have private ponds on larger acreage pieces around Bend..
