I am an investor from Northern New jersey, who is looking to invest in Southern Florida.
I am particularly looking for either SF, or condos priced under 75k.
I looking to find an area with a strong rental demand, and low crime.
If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would be greatly apprecite it.
