Hello fellow BP members! I have a question for you guys. I am looking for a career in real estate with the best income potential to invest in real estate. I am considering appraisals or becoming an agent. Which one has the best income?

@Nathan Lilly Since an agent pretty much has unlimited earning potential, I'd say that has the highest potential. I also think getting into the industry is easier as an agent than an appraiser. Maybe with some years of RE experience an appraiser would make more sense.
