Call Porter Answering Service Review

We are looking into a service to assist us with the influx of calls as a result of direct mail and am considering using Call Porter. However, we are getting mixed reviews on their service. Anyone have any experience with them? Good or not so good?

@Dustin Burke  We've been using their services for about two years.  They do a pretty good job answering our inbound seller calls and booking appointments.  They are expensive.
