I recently connected with someone who previously worked for Morris Invest and is now working for Limitless Turnkey. Has anyone done business with this company? I know there is another company called LimitlessTV but that is not the same company. Any feedback appreciated.

there was a thread going around about that.. most on BP felt that any association with Morris was a deal killer.

In my opinion, you are probably better off getting your own rehab, fixing up your own property, and gaining the equity in the property... I'm most particularly a fan of turnkey rentals; more money to be made in rehabbing/ BRRRR

I would encourage you to ask the right questions of any turn key ... do they actually acquire the properties ? do they actually rehab the properties? Do they offer a warranty on the rehab? Do they allow third-party inspections? Do they Place tenants ? Do they manage those tenants themselves.
If you get a no on any of these questions, you are probably not dealing with a true turn key... and they will not have enough skin in the game to do a good job for you.
Regarding a spinoff from anyone else... It takes years to develop these processes and get things dialed in. If you are just dealing with a sales and marketing company then you won't have the accountability and you will be paying additional unnecessary markup.

I'd do some research on what the gentlemen's role was with Morris Invest. At what level or what was his duties? Was he in charge of sales or was he a rehab manager, etc.
Do more research on them and Morris Invest to determine whether it will be a good idea to work with them. Check with any current/recent customers also.
