Investment Rehab Loan
Howdy. I am about to close on an investment property in 3wks, however I found another investment property that I don't want to pass up on. I am using a conventional loan on the property that closes next month. What are my options for purchasing the 2nd property? Both properties could use a little work, could I use a 203K for one? I am just trying to figure out what my options are here.
