working with pocket listings.

I am a wholesaler in my city and have been starting to branch out more and network with agents. When an agent sends me a pocket listing, is that deal open for me to close with my normal closing agent I usually use, or do I have to close with the agent who sent me the pocket listing. Also, what else is different, I usually use assignment contracts and would like to use those with these deals as well. Thanks for any feed back!
