LLC cash for property
Has anyone bought property from a LLC off the deliquent taxes and also who is and absentee owner?

I don't exactly understand your question. Certainly lots of people have bought properties from owners, whether and LLC or personally owned, because they were behind in property taxes.
If you are asking if people have bought properties via property tax sales, yes that happens all the time too.
