Flipping in Pensacola, FL
My husband and I flip in NE Ohio. We’re moving to Pensacola, FL, later this year. We’d like to get a head start by building our network, and looking at some wholesale properties. I’m and agent and investor here in Pensacola. Our market is still very strong here, which is great when it comes time to sell but makes it challenging to find great deals. If you won’t be doing any marketing of your own I’d recommend getting on several wholesalers list and I can put you on an auto notification for mls inventory. I’ll PM you some info on local wholesalers and myself and I’m sure some of them will chime in here as well since we have a pretty active group of investors here.
