Anyone have any experience with Turnkey Property company's, specifically Roofstock?

Roofstock isn't a turnkey company. More or less it's an MLS for rental properties or like a loopnet. The properties aren't Roofstock's nor are they even really Roofstock sold. Sellers Or Brokers pay a commission to Roofstock to list them on the website.

In another thread I mentioned this & a Roofstock employee brought up some points about the company which I gave my opinion on those points. You can VIEW THE EXCHANGE HERE pretty interesting content from both sides of the isle.
