SDIRA to fund more deals
Hello all ! I’m looking for advice on how to use my sdira do fund more deals. I bought a duplex in another state and own it free and clear and it’s bringing in some money back to the Ira. I want to buy more but don’t want to exhaust all my funds. So I was thinking of leveraging that property and take the equity out to buy more but don’t know exactly how that works. Can you please help and explain if I should or should not do that and why ? Thank you everyone!
