SUGGESTIONS PLEASE ON POTENTIAL RENTAL PROPERTY
Im looking at a potential multiunit (2 apartments 2 bed each) for 250,000. My broker is telling me monthly morgage payment will be approx 1900/ month. Looking at area rentals for 2 bed i could get 1000 to1100 per unit. Not a whole lot of cash flow. This property is in good location and potential for great appreciation. Is it worth investing? Suggestions please
