Agent buying new construction(negotiating commission w/builder)
Any active agents out there have experience with buying new construction for their personal residence? I'm not sure how flexible builders are with coming off their base price. Is it better to negotiate for upgrades equivalent to the 3% commission the builder would be paying me(the buyers agent)?
