Hello!

I am looking for some advice to point me into the right direction in regards to out of state investing. Can anyone suggest potential areas to start my search?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thank you.

Hey @Michael Farrugia

I've seen hundreds of out of state investors start and add to their portfolios with properties in Oklahoma City.

We've got great price points (60-120k) that cash flow and have solid 8% cap rates.

Super landlord friendly, insulated against recession. Forbes even called us recession proof!

I could go on and on, but it's a good place to work and live and a great place to invest
