How can I sell this property

Question

I have this property under contract it has three parcels and 7 improvements and three of the improvements are commercial buildings. What would be the best marketing strategy?

Thanks Ned Carey for the feedback I actually have an strategy and based on the comments and your information I'm doing everything right I was just seeking information and strategies I haven't already tried yet. I guess I just gotta trust the process

My point is why did you put it under contract when you didn't have a clue how to market it or who to market it too? You signed a legally binding contract. Depending on how it is worded you may be liable to the seller if you walk away.  Depending on the specific details you may be liable, even if the contract gives you an out.  There are things such as fraudulent inducement, dealing in bad faith etc. that can come back to bite you if you had no intent of no ability to close the deal.

Not all deals work out. However you should at least have some clue as to how you will pull a deal off before you put it under contract.

Thank you I've currently already did all the suggestions that you guys offered but still no serious buyers. I have the contract written to if I dont find a buyer in a certain amount of time the contract is terminated or extend it for a new marketing strategy

Advertise it everywhere, FB, CL, emails to buyers of this type of property, friends, family... obviously make sure you are advertising it legally. At the same time I would be getting my financing in order to close on the purchase as your contract most likely says you will do. If you can't find a buyer and have made no attempts to buy the property, the seller may be upset at the end of the deal.

I would use public records to find owners of other commercial properties in the area, and present them the opportunity.
