Looking for a good title company for wholesale deals in the Chattanooga area? Any suggestions? 

Most wholesalers use RELI title but they are pretty slow. They are comfortable with assignments and double closings though.

I also recommend RELI title. I have used them on my last two deals and have had great experiences so far.
