Is anyone a seasoned investor in the Lorain Ohio area? I am thinking of purchasing a deal there containing a large portfolio but wanted to discuss with someone about the area before I do.

HI guys I own about 300 properties in lorain and do very well here. I also manage about 1000 units here. Yes lorain like most cities have some bad areas. If you let me know some address i can tell you more. There are some places i would have to get the home very cheap. It also has places that i would live
