General Contractor Recommendations for DMV area

Hello BP Family!

Experienced Contractor Needed

Can anyone recommend an experienced contractor to run a rehab project in Washington DC and/or PG Country? It is a single family row home, 1100 sq.ft., major updates

We prefer a contractor who has their own crew that completes most of the work, as opposed to a GC who will sub all work out but open.

Contractor must have:

- Contractor's Licenses

- Insurance

- References

Here are some of the typical items on my punch list:

- Framing

- Painting

-Drywall

-Electrical to code

-Plumbing to code

-Installing cabinetry

-Carpentry

- Moving appliances and hauling materials
