Reverse Mortage Question
Hi guys quick question
I have a probate lead that is interested in selling us his fathers home but the father had a reverse mortgage on it and the bank is not communicating with us or rather they are taking their sweet sweet time in relaying how much they want for the house ..
Any idea on what we should do before its to late to purchase ??
