About to sell my first house in San Diego. I remodeled the kitchen (complete demo to a modern kitchen) I will have a good amount capital left (approx 100k)to invest in my first MFR or SFR. Looking to invest in the Las Vegas or Tempe/Scottsdale area. Open to any ideas, suggestions, or any important POC information
