Hi there

I have been a member of the BiggerPockets network for the past year. I’m in a situation right now where I need to sell my mothers house fast so she can qualify for Medicaid in a nursing home. The house is a handyman special and I am looking to sell it quickly before having to go to a real estate professional and pay commissions.
