Moving to Dallas Texas

Hi everyone!

I am in the process of moving to Dallas and I am looking for some information regarding the investment opportunity there. Coming from the Seattle area it's refreshing to see how much more affordable housing is in Texas. In fact the housing is so affordable that it makes wonder if there is much of a rental market? Where would be a good place to start looking for an investment property within 45 minutes of the DFW airport? Does anyone have any agent recommendations?

Thanks!

Im also interested in this since ill be moving to Dallas by the end of June. As me and my Fiance will be working in North Dallas we will narrow it down to cities like Carrollton, Addison, Farmers Branch, Far North Dallas, Richardson, Plano, Garland. Ideally i would love to house hack right as i get there but that all depends on the deal and how fast we can have the financing in place for it.
