Do I need insurance when doing a flip

I am about to close on my first flip and I'm not sure what kind of insurance I should have. A handyman is going to do the renovation work for me. Do I need some kind of insurance for my LLC ?

I use a Vacant home policy with Builders Risk. I couldn't imagine not insuring a property.
